Our personal trainers are here to help you feel comfortable and help you achieve your goals.

Athlete Training

Our Athlete Training programs are here to help athletes of different levels to improve their endurance, speed and strength.

We have trained national level rugby and ultimate frisbee players, NHL, NCAA and OUA scholarship athletes, hockey teams, baseball and soccer teams.

Semi Private Training

Want to workout with others, but not a big group. Our semi private training program is a strength training program for groups of 4. Don’t be shy, bring a friend and train!

Feeling a little shy at the gym by yourself or with a personal trainer? Join our group training program.

Our group circuits are designed to push you based on your abilities without compromising your goals.

Our programs, are for everyone of different levels.
