I started working out with Jon because I needed some assistance overcoming a shoulder injury and to jump start a workout program that was going nowhere fast.  I’m not shy about working out, have been doing it for years, but I never truly saw any fantastic results.  Working with Jon consistently for a few months proved to be the ticket to success.  My shoulder is in perfect working order and I have maintained a 30 lb weight loss and gained some muscles I have never seen before!  Jon pushed hard and always encouraged me to do more when I was ready to quit.  He was a pleasure to work out with and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer with a genuine interest in his clients.
