Mitchell has over 1,700 hours as a personal trainer. He graduated from Durham College with a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotions. Mitch has a passion for fitness and athletics. He knows what it takes to produce results and transfer the skills and knowledge to each of his clients. Mitch always brings his best when at the studio; he puts his heart into every session. His attitude and energy is infectious.
