Mike has a love for health and fitness. He has a desire to help others through healthy eating and exercising like he helped himself. Mike is avid with sports but didn’t really appreciate his body until he suffered a few injuries, one of which he blew up his knee. His knee had to be repaired through surgery, which left him with a lengthy rehab. Through this process he learned what it takes to stay motivated, to be consistent and how important good nutrition is to the healing process. Mike’s personality brings great energy to the studio and his clients. Mikes attitude and demeanor are what make him and his clients successful. He’ll motivate you to work hard, get results and even have a little bit of fun doing it.
