There are not enough positive things I could say to explain my fantastic experience with my personal trainer Jon Stevens. In the 6 months that I worked out with him, I not only loss weight and inches, but gained self-confidence and knowledge about fitness and health. Jon is a compassionate, kind individual who takes into account personal goals.
I came to Jon wanting to lose weight and trim my body for my upcoming wedding. Jon was able to create a workout plan for me that was specific. I have a severe knee injury, which was taken into account during every workout. Jon pushed me harder than I thought I could be pushed but was always aware of my injury and was careful to adjust the workout. Jon also began to monitor my eating habits and encouraged me to keep a journal so he could see what I was eating and so he could make some suggestions. It was starting with the little things like eliminating sugar in my coffee that really started to make a difference in my life.
My wedding was one of the most important days of my life and I am proud to look at my photos and see myself as a fit, toned, healthy individual. Looking back on my experience with Jon I am filled with fond memories of the transformation that took place. Jon motivated me through his encouragement, tough love, patience and energy. Jon is passionate about fitness and anyone who would have the opportunity to workout with him would quickly see how fast progress is made towards personal goals.
