I had the pleasure of having Brad Douwes as my Personal Trainer at a time in my life where I had made major changes in lifestyle, diet and physical activity. When I had started my training sessions with Brad he was the only one who would be able to accommodate my schedule needs due to a very busy career. The only time I could fit fitness into my schedule is very early in the morning. Brad was available at 6:00 a.m. for my training! At my age (56) Brad was able to put together an excellent routine based on strength and toning. I enjoyed it as he had combined free weights in my routine. I would greatly recommend him as you will not be disappointed.
