Jon has over 6 years of personal training experience. His passion for fitness sparked when he went to university. He started training as a productive waste of time. This “waste of time” turned into hobby and now a career. After graduating from his Kiniesology program with honours he had a dream to start his own training studio to change lives like he changed his own. Through his in depth knowledge of the body he can help you build lean muscle, burn fat or help you recover from an injury. Jon has a relationship based approach to his training. He feels it’s important to get to know the people he works with so he can motivate them effectively. Jon knows that each client is unique and understands what it takes to motivate each of his clients to get the most out of them each session to achieve success.
